2nd Annual Member Engagement Forum (AMEF)

Dear Member/Stakeholder

The Public Officers’ Defined Contribution Pension Fund (the Fund) is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its second Annual Member Engagement Forum (AMEF), a platform dedicated to enhancing member engagement, fostering transparent communication, promoting accountability, and ultimately strengthening the relationship between the Fund and its Members.

The Forum serves to provide ongoing education on the Fund’s mandate and governance structure, communicate the Fund’s performance for the year, and outlines the Fund’s future endeavours and initiatives. Most importantly, it serves to create a platform for Member input and feedback on the Fund’s operations and service offering.

This year’s forum, themed “Lentsoe La Hau Le Bohlokoa”, underscores the vital role Members play in the administration of their pension benefits. The forum aims to build on the success of the last year’s inaugural event and will feature among others; a comprehensive review of the Fund’s performance in the 2023/24 financial year, discussions regarding the operations of the Fund, as well as insightful deliberations intended to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Fund’s service offering.
